Meeting Anne-Marie and working with her has been one of the biggest blessings in my life.

I came to Anne-Marie because I was in the middle of changing my work life which had defined me for so many years. I did not know who I really was outside of work and I was hiding behind it.

I had no clue who my true self was. The messages I sent to myself were pretty negative. Not being good enough. In other words, I kept my self-worth in doubt. I was bummed out about this and wanted to change and had no clue how.

I found peace in working with Anne-Marie. I started realizing all my different personalities or “selves”, as she calls them. I found out why I was presenting myself differently depending on whom I was interacting with versus being me.

Meeting Anne-Marie and working with her has been one of the biggest blessings in my life. I found peace in working with Anne-Marie & learned how to get in touch with myself under stress.

I was able to clearly articulate my feelings and found I had the right to do that. I’m more honest with people and not afraid to show my feelings.

With Anne-Marie’s guidance, I started recognizing signals in my body when I reverted back to so many years of not understanding me and living the true me. It led me to better relationships with my husband, son, family, and friends. I’m more honest with people and not afraid to show my feelings. I am also more honest with myself.

My biggest “Aha” moment…? Wow, there were so many! I think that it was how I protected my inner child, kept myself in a state of protection. Now, instead of the protective mechanism, I can do it from being aware, being kinder, being more honest with myself. I also found out about the actress in me and how I used her to deflect. I learned to identify my “selves” or my different personalities and how helpful it is to be aware of this. Now, I simply show up as myself.

Meeting Anne-Marie and working with her has been one of the biggest blessings in my life. She is so passionate about what she does. You have to do the work and she is not going to let you off the hook. At first, the work was tough, but by the end, it was so worth it to be able to live life in a much more positive, spiritual, and aware way. Finding out who you are and what you really love and cherishing those moments is truly a blessing.

My experience with Anne-Marie left me feeling like I shed unwanted layers, I transformed, I evolved in my mind but especially in my heart & body.

Anne-Marie’s approach is based on what she calls, “The Philosophy of Possibility” and asks, “how can you find a new way?”

She uses the analogy of a boulder in the middle of a river. Water moves around, above, and below it. Water always finds a way. Similarly, she encourages us to find a way to navigate our personal lives from the perspective of possibility. It’s very freeing and also very realistic!

Anne-Marie holds me accountable and because I was part of her Creative Leadership Coaching Program, she holds each & every one of us accountable, raising the community standards, never letting us off the hook yet always nurturing us.

She has this saying, “No one left behind” and she really means it! Until everyone steps up to the plate, we don’t move forward. Instead, we focus on raising each other up and it is AMAZING what I have learned about myself when having to deal with my own impatience, judgment, and expectations.

Her approach elevates the speed of our communal growth in a loving and supportive manner all the while holding us accountable to our word.

She’s huge on personal responsibility which has left me more connected to myself, clearer about why I feel what I feel like when I feel angry, sad, and lonely.

My language has changed. She is a huge proponent of using mindful and accurate language to express ourselves adequately.

What surprised me the most is how fun this program was! I used to think that growth and personal development were going to be hard but with
Anne-Marie, I laughed so hard all the while being honest, and in full acceptance of who I am.

She believes in what she calls, a “horizontal platform” style for learning, meaning that, although she is the leader, she tends to lead from the middle where everyone gets a chance to lead, be seen, and be given the space for personal expression.

Best of all, she has a strict approach to no shame/blame which continually left me feeling like no matter how silly I thought my view or perspective was, she always found a way to make me feel legit and supported in my interpretations of things.

At every session, she would say, “All of you is welcome here, no matter how you are feeling right now. If you are angry, you are welcome, if you are blasé, you are welcome, if you are sad, you are welcome…” It was the most liberating feeling.

She teaches and models how to be the change we want to see in the world.

The reason why I would refer Anne-Marie is because she contributes to raise awareness and to have a life much more consistent than one could ever imagine. Working with her is like an adventure and a travel within oneself but also, out there, in the external world. She makes the world a vast laboratory and we become aware that we are definitely the chemists of our life, able to play with the different materials and tools that come across.

The reason that I continue to work with her is because I want to let my star shine even more. We may have many lives if reincarnation is, but in that one, I want to give all that I have to bring my contribution on Earth. And I feel that working with her is one of the precious paths that can help me to fulfill the different missions and dreams I have been holding somewhere…

The biggest transformation that I have had while working with her…there are so many!

To put it in a nutshell, working with her keeps attracting what I Love the most in Life, which is Music. It makes me go within my very own essence.

Today, I can more easily feel connected and take some actions because Anne-Marie and I have worked on this connection. And it feels good to feel accepted and valorized by a coach so Intuitive. ☺ So, working with her simply means learning to love yourself more and giving you one of the most beautiful gifts you could offer yourself.

I have been trying to come up with a testimonial for about 8 days now that I felt would convey Anne-Marie Duchene’s greatness. I hope this gives you a taste…

I came to Anne-Marie because I wanted to get Structural Integration done. From the very first meeting she instantly made a difference for me. She was beautiful, kind, knowledgeable, and interesting. She took care in how she treated me and her work place was beautiful, clean and felt safe.

What I found remarkable was her ability to work on my body and integrate that work to what was happening in my life. By releasing the stored tension and aligning my body, I was able to feel freer emotionally and mentally thereby creating space for a more balanced life.

I had been aware that mind, body and soul are connected, but through working with Anne-Marie I experienced the connection in my own body, mind and soul. It was a transformational lesson for me.

At the end of the Structural Integration sessions, I ended up signing up for the Creative Leadership Coaching Program. The program supports me in creating results in my life that are beyond transformational. I wish everyone I knew had an Anne-Marie for a coach.

I am literally making my dreams come true. For example, within the year and half I have been working with her, I started dating my boyfriend and we’ve moved in together. I have stopped making issues in my life as dramatic as I used to and because of this I am more peaceful which is a large part of my vision for my life when I started the program.

I have been able to see my father and stepmother in a different and new light which has allowed us to have a more loving and connected relationship. I have realized how much I try to change people I love, and as a result I have been consciously catching myself in the act and stopping myself, and as a result of that, I have created deeper loving bonds between myself and my loved ones.

The list of results from working with Anne-Marie is endless and I can’t thank her enough. Outside of my results, I feel that it is important to share a few examples of Anne-Marie in action when she’s inspiring me, supporting, and standing for me:

A few weeks ago I was on a coaching call with her and she said to me “we’re not going for excellence we are going for mastery!!” I thought to myself this is just one of the reasons I chose this woman to be a guide, a messenger, a mentor, a coach and a friend.

Another example is one I hold deep in my heart and am truly grateful for. A few months after our work started together my mother had passed away. It was a profoundly painful experience and I needed all the support that I could get. To my surprise on the morning of the funeral she had arrived to be there for my family and me. She took time out her day to come and support me only months after we had met. I don’t know of many people who would do that. I am truly blessed that she did, and continues to stand by me.
