Hellerwork Structural Integration
Hellerwork Structural Integration is derived from Dr. Ida Rolf’s work, addressing the fascial layers of the human body. Expanded upon by Joseph Heller, Hellework is a gentle manual therapeutic approach that includes bodywork, therapeutic dialogue, and movement education.
As a certified Hellerwork Structural Integration practitioner, I use an integrative approach to address all of you: mind, body, and spirit. This specialized method offers unusual insight into your body-mind connection, where you are supported in an exploration of what may be stuck, held, or unexpressed in the body via gentle inquiry.
Through somatic dialogue—allowing for the body to speak—you will develop a healthier relationship with yourself and a deeper, more embodied state of being.
Hellerwork Structural Integration packages start at $4,000.
Stillness Touch sessions
This gentle and spiritual approach invites your body’s innate intelligence to take over the healing process. Offered via touch applied to specific areas of the body (such as the neck, sacrum, and calves) a deep sense of calm and presence preside over the session.
During a Stillness Touch session, you are invited to discover a new perspective of what the healing process can look like. Based in the philosophy of non-doing, Stillness Touch sessions allow you to surrender and access internal healing mechanisms while in a state of deep repose.
Clients are fully clothed during the session. A slow process of “coming to” or awakening naturally occurs at the end of each session. Clients report feeling lighter, expanded, and more embodied.
